Predator Ridge Golf Resort

Absolutely everything about Predator Ridge Golf Resort - from the valet parking to the luxurious clubhouse, award-winning cuisine, and phenomenal golf course - lets you know that you have arrived at a world-class golf resort.

Made up of three nine-hole tracks, The Osprey, The Red Tail and The Peregrine, Predator Ridge is a golf course you simply must include in any Okanagan golf vacation. To miss this one would be like going to St. Andrews and not playing the Old Course.

Predator Ridge uses the perfect blend of rolling terrain, treacherous bunkers, fast greens and thick fescue to bring you a golfing challenge you will remember for years to come. While there are many holes to choose from perhaps no other course better captures the philosophy behind Predator Ridge golf than the par 5 eighth hole on the Peregrine Course.

Stretching 510 yards from the tips the green is eminently reachable in two for the longer hitters but by no means is this a hole where you can simply blast away with impunity. The entire hole is a gentle dogleg leg left with water running down the full length of the left hand side of the fairway. Faders can start their drives out over the water and have it bend back into the fairway while golfers who play a draw will have to start the shot up the right side and hope it does not bend too far back toward the water. Anything a little erratic will either settle in one of the massive fairway bunkers or come to rest in a watery grave. Hit a solid drive and you will now have to decide whether you will go for the green or lay-up to your favourite yardage. The only factors you have to consider are the water short and left, and the bunkers short and right that guard this elevated green. That shouldn’t be a problem right?

With holes like these it is no wonder that even the most discerning golfers have fallen in love with Predator Ridge. Just ask Sergio Garcia. He played the course and immediately bought two town homes at the resort. Maybe it’s time you found out for yourself what everybody is talking about.

Come play Predator Ridge Golf Resort with BC Golf Vacations.
